Creative Nomad MuVo NX and Linux

Creative Nomad MuVo NX is a miniature MP3 player that can also serve as a data storage device. MuVo NX is available with either 128 MB or 256 MB in memory. No cables are needed to connect MuVo NX to a computer's USB port.

MuVo NX is a direct successor to the older MuVo player. The main differences are the LCD display and more memory. Taylor Brockman reported that the MuVo HOWTO is valid even for the new MuVo NX. He also noted that there is no settings.dat file on the filesystem.
